At Real Sky Observatory, we believe you should only pay for a successful and awe-inspiring experience. Because our sessions are entirely dependent on nature and the weather, our policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

1. Pay-After-Session Guarantee

We do not collect advance payments or deposits for our standard stargazing sessions. You are only required to pay at the end of your session once the observation is complete. Therefore, the need for a traditional refund is eliminated.

2. Weather Cancellations

Before the Session: If weather conditions (clouds, rain, or heavy dust) make viewing impossible, we will cancel the session and notify you via WhatsApp/Call. No charges will apply.
During the Session: If the sky becomes cloudy mid-session before you have had a chance to view the primary celestial objects, the session will be terminated at no cost to you.

3. Guest Cancellations

Since we reserve a specific time slot and equipment for you, we kindly request that you inform us at least 3 hours in advance if you are unable to attend. This allows us to open the slot for other families on our waiting list.

4. Special Events/Group Bookings

For special private events or large group workshops where external costs are involved, a separate agreement regarding deposits may be discussed. In such cases, the specific terms will be provided to you in writing before confirmation.
