Welcome to Real Sky Observatory. By booking a session or visiting our facility, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Weather Dependency

Stargazing is entirely dependent on clear skies.

We monitor weather conditions up to the start of the session.
If visibility is poor due to clouds, rain, or heavy haze, the session may be canceled or rescheduled.
Registration is compulsory so we can notify you of weather-related changes.

2. Booking & Payment

Pay-After-Session: We do not require advance deposits. Payment is due in full immediately following the conclusion of your stargazing experience.
Cancellations: If you cannot attend, please inform us at least 3 hours in advance so we can offer the slot to another family.

3. Safety & Conduct

Location: Our observatory is located on a terrace. Guests must exercise caution, especially when bringing children.
Supervision: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Equipment Care: Guests are requested to handle our professional telescopes and equipment with care under the guidance of the host.

4. Timing

Our standard timings are 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM, but these may shift based on the specific celestial objects visible. Please arrive on time to ensure you don't miss the best viewing windows.

5. Liability

Real Sky Observatory and its management (Deepak Singh) are not liable for any personal injury or loss of belongings during the visit. Participation is at the guest's own risk.
