What happens if it gets cloudy or rains on my booking date?
We offer a 100% Zero Weather Risk Policy. Our team tracks live satellite cloud data throughout the day. If weather conditions are poor, we will contact you via WhatsApp by 4:00 PM on the day of your slot to reschedule. Because we use a Pay-After-Session model, you never lose money due to bad weather.
Do I need astronomy knowledge to attend a stargazing session?
